Anthony Zaller is an employment litigation attorney. He has worked on wage and hour class actions for claims of unpaid wages, missed breaks, unpaid overtime, unreimbursed meal breaks among other issues. Anthony has successfully litigated many single plaintiff employment cases including claims of wage and hour violations, breach of contract, wrongful termination, sexual and racial harassment, discrimination, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets and embezzlement. Throughout his career, Anthony has represented fortune 500 companies to start-up companies and individual executives in navigating California’s complex employment laws.

Anthony routinely speaks for Business and Legal Reports for California and nation-wide audiences on topics such as:

  • Wage/hour developments in California
  • Managing conflict in the workplace
  • Expense reimbursement in California
  • FMLA, paid time off and other issues
  • Disabilities in the workplace

Anthony is on the Boards for the California Employer Advisor and California Employment Law Answers and regularly writes articles for these publications.
